Who are you, and what is your role in the Private Lounge Team?
My name is Elisa, and I am the Community Manager in the Private Lounge. Together with my team, I am the first point of contact for our members. We take care of all matters relating to the Private Lounge.
What’s your favourite AMG and why?
The Mercedes-AMG SL Roadster! For me, the car is the epitome of freedom and adventure. There is simply nothing better than going on tour with the top down – with a lot of wind in your hair and power under the bonnet.
Describe the Private Lounge Community in three words:
AMG spirit, family, enriching.
Tell us about your favorite Private Lounge moments.
It’s the opportunities where I get to meet our members in person. These encounters are always enriching and are exactly what we are – the fastest family in the world. Together we share our enthusiasm for the brand and exchange ideas.
What other passions do you have?
I love travelling. I love exploring new cultures and countries. I am particularly fascinated by how different nature and architecture are – every place tells its own story.

I'm Lisa and as a Community Manager responsible for the further development of our community.

I always experience the best moments when I meet our community members. Whether at our unique location in Affalterbach, at national or international member meetings or virtually. I love seeing the many faces and learning more about the stories behind them.
Describe the Private Lounge Community with three words:
Passion, connection, exclusivity – I could think of many more, because for me the AMG Private Lounge and its history are unrivalled.
If you were a vehicle element, which one?
I'm quite convertible in my role: Sometimes I'm the navigation system that decides where the journey is going. Sometimes I carefully set the indicators or take a look in the rear-view mirror and evaluate whether we are on the right track – sometimes we are on winding serpentines, bumpy country roads or on the fast lane. And then I turn the music up loud, because what counts most here is: fun!
What does AMG mean to you personally?
For me, Mercedes-AMG embodies a unique spirit that unites performance enthusiasts from all over the world. We really are the fastest family in the world!

Who are you, and what is your role in the Private Lounge Team?
I'm Florian and in the Private Lounge team responsible for the further development of the platform regarding the customer journey and the implementation of new features. Within the support group, I'm available to answer any technical questions you may have about the platform.
Tell us about your favorite Private Lounge moments.
I particularly enjoy meeting Private Lounge members in person. That's why I'm always happy when there's an opportunity to exchange ideas during Insights events or visits to Affalterbach.
If you were a car part, which one would you be?
I’d be the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G transmission. Whether it's sporty, fast feature updates or comfortable, barely noticeable improvements – I make sure that the AMG Private Lounge always runs in the optimum speed range and that our community can take off. With my passion and precision, I bring the same perfection and dedication to the further development of the platform as the transmission does to every AMG vehicle.
If you could tell the Private Lounge Community one thing, what would it be?
It's so great that you are part of this very special family!
What other passions do you have?
I'm a passionate triathlete and look forward to the winding and mountainous cycle routes on Mallorca every year.

Introduce yourself: What´s your name and why did you join AMG?
Hello Private Lounge family. My name is Laura, and I've been a big fan of AMG since childhood. I grew up five km from the birthplace of AMG. When I saw the cars driving around, heard the sound and felt the passion, I always dreamed of becoming a member of the world's fastest family.
What was your first contact with AMG?
The C 197 is my dream car. The gull-wing doors and its sound simply put me in a trance. There are 6208 reasons to love it. I hope that one day I will have the chance to drive this icon. But my first experience was with my grandfather's W124, which is still very much a part of my life now that it is 32 years old.
What´s your favourite Private Lounge moment?
My colleague Lisa and I had the opportunity to attend one of the members get-togethers. That was my absolute favourite moment, to see how such a wonderful family atmosphere is created and held together through the AMG Private Lounge.
What was your favourite part of being a member of the AMG PL team?
Seeing the loyalty towards the brand and interacting with the members. Hearing the different stories and being part of the group is a pleasure for me.
What is your passion in life?
I love travelling around and getting to know the different cultures and landscapes. My father took me to his workshop at a young age to help him restore or repair cars or his planes. Since then, I have been fascinated by technology. I also love going out on a boat and taking long walks.

Introduce yourself: What´s your name and why did you join AMG?
Hi AMG Private Lounge Members. My name is Tom and I’ve been in the Mercedes world for over six years now. I was fortunate enough to join AMG after being a life-long fan of our brand and our vehicles, both vintage and new. I´m also very passionate about our F1 team.
What´s your favorite car and why?
My favorite AMG would have to be the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG, the first AMG in our family and the car that my mother always took me to school in as child. Thank god for those heated seats in the winter and for being lucky enough to experience those sunny, summer mornings with the top down.
It you could be an AMG part, what would you be and why?
Easy. I'd be the AMG Performance Seat, which l've already mentioned. It's a great reflection of my personality since l love to support and comfort people with a "warm" approach, whether it's my friends, family and colleagues or our AMG Lounge members.
What´s your favourite Private Lounge sub-forum?
That's another easy one: the "Member Get-Togethers" section. The enthusiasm before the events, the building anticipation and excitement, and then seeing the incredible photos that our members post really puts a smile on my face.
What is your passion in life?
I love music and my electric guitar. My dream would be to have been born early enough to experience the music scene in the 60s and 70s. l'd give an arm and a leg to be able to see Jimi Hendrix live. Apart from music, I also play football in a local team. Are there any other football fans here?

Introduce yourself: What´s your name and why did you join AMG?
My name is Jens and I have been working for our brand since March 2005. However, my relationship with the company began when I was a child and my father bought his first W123.
What was your first encounter with AMG?
The first real driving experience was in 2006. An SL 63 AMG with the good old 6.3 V8 naturally aspirated engine. The acceleration and sound were breathtaking and definitely influenced my ongoing automotive career.
What´s your favourite AMG?
My favourite daily driver would be the AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ since I love compact sportscars. But for the weekends, I'd go for the iconic SLS AMG Coupé.
What fascinates you in the AMG world?
First of all, I like being so close to the customers. "The world's fastest family" is more than a claim. I also appreciate the combination of motorsport and street-legal cars. With AMG, I can drive to work comfortably every morning and set a new personal record on the racetrack at night.
What is your passion in life?
Sports. :) On the one hand motorsport, l even used to race. And to keep the balance, l love to go to the gym or on a long obstacle run.
