Benefits

What is the Mercedes me ID? What benefits do I get?

The Mercedes me ID gives you central access to services provided by Mercedes-Benz and our cooperation partners. You get central access with the Mercedes me ID, allowing you to register for our services, and also a central profile where you can change your data. We are continuously improving the Mercedes me ID for you and will be providing more and more services in the future.

Registration

How do I get a Mercedes me ID?

If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, simply register to receive your Mercedes me ID.

If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, log in with your existing user account to get your Mercedes me ID, accept the Mercedes me ID access conditions displayed, and add your address, phone number, date of birth, and driver's license number.

Deleting my ID

Can I delete my Mercedes me ID?

You can delete your Mercedes me ID at any time. Please note, however, that you will no longer be able to use the Mercedes me ID services after doing so. More information is available in the Mercedes me ID conditions for access, which you can view in the registration dialog.

How is my personal data used by the Mercedes me ID?

To provide you with a Mercedes me ID, we’ll need to collect and process your personal data. This is of course done strictly in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in your country. Detailed information is available in the Mercedes me ID conditions for access.

[1] Weitere Informationen zum offiziellen Kraftstoffverbrauch und den offiziellen spezifischen CO₂-Emissionen neuer Personenkraftwagen können dem "Leitfaden über den Kraftstoffverbrauch, die CO₂-Emissionen und den Stromverbrauch" neuer Personenkraftwagen entnommen werden, der an allen Verkaufsstellen und bei der Deutschen Automobil Treuhand GmbH unter www.dat.de unentgeltlich erhältlich ist.

[2] Die angegebenen Werte sind die ermittelten WLTP-CO2-Werte i.S.v. Art. 2 Nr. 3 Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2017/1153. Die Kraftstoffverbrauchswerte wurden auf Basis dieser Werte errechnet. Stromverbrauch [und Reichweite] wurde[n] auf Grundlage der VO 2017/1151/EU ermittelt.

[3] Alle Angaben sind vorläufig und wurden intern nach Maßgabe der Zertifizierungsmethode „WLTP-Prüfverfahren“ ermittelt. Es liegen bislang weder bestätigte Werte einer amtlich anerkannten Prüforganisation noch eine EG-Typgenehmigung noch eine Konformitätsbescheinigung mit amtlichen Werten vor. Abweichungen zwischen den Angaben und den amtlichen Werten sind möglich.
