The Mercedes-AMG A 35 and A 45 S Hatchback not only have “AMG” in their names, but also under the bonnet. The new belt-driven starter-generator (RSG) with 48 V onboard system redefines performance for the AMG A-Class. The key to superior performance is the optional AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension. The adaptive damping offers a wide spread between comfortable and very sporty setup. You choose between Comfort, Sport or Sport+ with just one operation and the suspension characteristics change instantly.

The incomparable driving pleasure is taken to the next level by the new 8-speed automatic transmission. With the driving programme, you also change the characteristics of the dual-clutch transmission. It uses the 8 gears either for efficient driving at low revs or for impressive dynamics.
